Text finder (word or phrase)
For an exact match at the beginning and/or end, add a <space> at the beginning and/or end of word/phrase
For two words with unknowns between them, use the '%' symbol as a 'wild card'.
eg. milk%honey would bring up 'milk and honey' and 'milk that they give ... eat curds and honey.', etc.
For 'wild card' characters, use '*' for each character.
